How the Estabulo rodizio works
Take a plate and fill up at the salad bar first. When you are ready for meat, turn your table card to green. The passadors will bring skewers of grilled meat and carve it onto your plate.
Turn the card to red when you want a break. Service stops until you turn it back to green.
