Fogo de Chao Buffet Menu With Prices
Fogo de Chao is a Brazilian steakhouse with unlimited tableside meat service rather than a traditional buffet. The Full Churrasco Experience costs about $50 to $61 per person at weekday lunch and $67 to $81 at dinner. That price includes unlimited fire-roasted meats, the Market Table and Feijoada Bar, and Brazilian sides. The Market Table alone starts at $19 per person at weekday lunch, and children 6 and under eat the Full Churrasco free.
Fogo de Chao lists more than 90 restaurants across the United States and Puerto Rico, plus locations in Brazil, Mexico, Dubai and Jeddah. Every restaurant sets its own prices, so this guide shows two benchmark locations side by side. You will also find the full menu, deals, hours, kids pricing and every location below.
Fogo de Chao Buffet Menu Prices Per Person
Fogo de Chao (officially spelled Fogo de Chão) does not use one national price list. Prices change by restaurant, by meal period and by experience, and holiday pricing can apply all day on some dates. The table below shows the Full Churrasco Experience, the most popular option, at two official locations.
| Meal | Houston, TX | Los Angeles, CA |
|---|---|---|
| Weekday lunch | $50 | $61 |
| Dinner | $67 | $81 |
| Weekend brunch | $56 | $63 |
Houston is one of the lower priced restaurants we checked, and Los Angeles is one of the higher priced. Your local restaurant can be lower or higher, so open its page on the official site before you go. Fogo’s own Best of Brazil offer shows the same two-tier pattern, with $49 at most locations and $54 in markets such as Los Angeles, New York and Las Vegas.
All prices are per person and do not include drinks, dessert, tax or tip. The Full Churrasco price covers the meats, the Market Table, the Feijoada Bar and the Brazilian side dishes served at your table.
Is Fogo de Chao Really a Buffet?
Fogo de Chao says its Full Churrasco Experience is a prix-fixe dining experience and not a traditional buffet. Gaucho chefs carve fire-roasted meats at your table, and you use a coaster to signal when you want more service. You do not walk up to a hot food line to get your meat.
The buffet-style part is the Market Table and Feijoada Bar. It is self-serve, you can visit as often as you like, and it is included with every Churrasco experience. That mix of unlimited meat and an unlimited salad bar is why most people search for it as a buffet.
Fogo de Chao Lunch Prices
Lunch is served Monday to Friday and is the cheapest way to get the full experience. The Full Churrasco costs about 25 percent less at lunch than at dinner at both benchmark locations. That is a saving of $17 in Houston and $20 in Los Angeles.
| Lunch option | Houston | Los Angeles |
|---|---|---|
| Full Churrasco | $50 | $61 |
| Indulgent Churrasco | $72 | $83 |
| Market Table and Feijoada Bar only | $19 | $22 |
| Market Table plus one grilled cut | $36 | $42 |
Fogo also promotes this as the Gaucho Lunch, a lighter weekday option starting at $19 per person, or $22 in some locations. You can add one fire-roasted cut to the Market Table for $17 in Houston and $20 in Los Angeles. Choose from Picanha, Fraldinha, Lamb Picanha, Double-Cut Pork Chop or Roasted Chicken, carved at 8 to 10 ounces.
Fogo de Chao Dinner Prices
Dinner is the premium time slot and has the highest price for the same unlimited experience. The table shows what you pay per person for each dinner option.
| Dinner option | Houston | Los Angeles |
|---|---|---|
| Full Churrasco | $67 | $81 |
| Indulgent Churrasco | $89 | $103 |
| Market Table and Feijoada Bar only | $39 | $43 |
| Single Churrasco Cut with Market Table | $48 | $59 |
The Single Churrasco Cut is a good middle option if you do not want unlimited meat. It comes with the Market Table, the Feijoada Bar and Brazilian sides. At dinner, the other entrees include the Market Table as well.
Fogo de Chao Brunch Prices
Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday and has its own Market Table with breakfast dishes. It sits between lunch and dinner on price. At Houston it is $11 cheaper than dinner, and at Los Angeles it is $18 cheaper.
| Brunch option | Houston | Los Angeles |
|---|---|---|
| Signature Brunch Churrasco | $56 | $63 |
| Indulgent Brunch Churrasco | $71 | $85 |
| Brunch Market Table only | $37 | $42 |
| Single Churrasco Cut with Market Table | $42 | $45 |
The brunch Market Table adds a made-to-order omelet station, Belgian waffles, braised beef rib hash, Brazilian sausage, yogurt parfaits and the Feijoada Bar. The Indulgent Brunch adds a made-to-order crepe and a brunch beverage. Guests can choose a Classic Mimosa, Brazilian Limonada, Paradise Spritz or Pineapple Mint Lemonade.
Indulgent Churrasco Price and What You Get
The Indulgent Churrasco includes everything in the Full Churrasco plus a dessert and one premium enhancement. Enhancements include a Butter-Bathed Lobster Tail, Black Truffle Butter, an All Jumbo Lump Crab Cake or Roasted Bone Marrow. The upgrade adds $22 at lunch and dinner at both benchmark locations.
Buying the same extras separately usually costs more. A lobster tail is $20 and the cheapest dessert in Houston is $11.50, which already comes to $31.50. That makes the $22 upgrade the better deal if you want both a seafood add-on and dessert.
Best of Brazil Offer at $49 or $54
Best of Brazil is a limited-time dine-in offer with a set selection of fire-roasted cuts, the Market Table and Feijoada Bar, and Brazilian sides. It costs $49 per person at most U.S. and Puerto Rico locations. The official page says it is valid until November 2, 2026, so check whether it has been extended before you book.
The price is $54 in these markets:
- Los Angeles metro area, including Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Pasadena, Woodland Hills, Thousand Oaks, Brea, Irvine, Huntington Beach, Roseville, El Segundo and Rancho Cucamonga

The offer is dine-in only and valid in the main dining room. You must write “Best of Brazil” in the Special Request box when you reserve. The selection cannot be customized, and it cannot be combined with other promotions.
Premium cuts are not included in Best of Brazil. That means no beef ribs, ribeye, NY strip, filet mignon, lamb chops, Indulgent cuts or seasonal cuts. Drinks, dessert, tax and gratuity are also extra.
At Houston dinner, Best of Brazil saves $18 compared to the $67 Full Churrasco. At Los Angeles dinner, it saves $27 compared to the $81 Full Churrasco.

The Market Table suits vegetarians, and the menu also has vegan and pescatarian options.
Fogo states that its lamb and Wagyu are halal. Lamb chops are usually prepared with a white wine marinade, so ask for them without it if needed. The restaurants are not certified kosher. Tell your server about any allergy before you order.
Reservation and Dining Tips
Reservations are recommended for weekends, holidays, larger parties and peak times, and walk-ins are welcome when there is space. Fogo usually holds a table for up to 15 minutes, so call if you will be later. Parties larger than 14 should use the Group Dining page.
