Rodizio Grill is a Brazilian steakhouse chain where the Full Rodizio (unlimited tableside rotisserie meats, a gourmet salad bar and hot Brazilian sides) costs about $35 to $55 per adult at dinner and about $26 to $40 at lunch or brunch, depending on the location. The Unlimited Gourmet Salads option, which skips the meats, runs about $24 to $33 at dinner. Kids ages 7 to 11 pay roughly $14 to $16, children ages 3 to 6 pay about $9 to $13, and toddlers up to age 2 eat free with a paying adult at most locations. Is Rodizio Grill a buffet?
Rodizio Grill is a churrascaria, which means the meats are not served from a buffet line. Gauchos (the meat servers) walk the dining room with skewers and carve slices at your table. The salad bar and hot sides are the self-serve part, so the experience is a hybrid of an all-you-can-eat steakhouse and a salad buffet.

Why Rodizio Grill prices differ by location
Rodizio Grill operates restaurants in tourist districts, downtown cores and suburban malls, and each one sets its own pricing. Local costs and the meal period both move the price. Some locations also offer fewer meal periods, so Columbus and Milwaukee list dinner pricing only.
The official site states that holiday pricing may vary and points guests to each location’s Events and Specials page. Pensacola, for example, charges dinner pricing all day on Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.
Lunch, brunch and dinner: what changes
Lunch and brunch prices are lower than dinner at every location that offers them. The gap on the Full Rodizio ranges from $8.00 at Idaho Falls ($26.99 vs $34.99) to $14.00 at Lincoln ($25.99 brunch vs $39.99 dinner). Both are calculated from the published prices.
Brunch menus run on weekends at most locations, while lunch menus run on weekdays or Fridays at others. Because the menu flags some items as dinner-only, the lunch plate may not include every cut.
